The "Accelerated Vibration Pickup" is a compact vibration pickup sensor that uses MEMS semiconductor accelerometers suitable for FA equipment and machine tools. By incorporating MEMS technology and using plastic resin in part of its shape, it has successfully achieved miniaturization and cost reduction.
